Our role

The National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) is a national regulatory framework that helps ensure community housing providers are well governed, financially sound, and capable of delivering quality housing services now and into the future.

Operating across New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory, the NRSCH promotes consistency in regulation while providing assurance to tenants, governments, and investors that community housing providers are meeting expected standards of performance and accountability.
